Mrs. Met and Goldy are among the five mascots named to the Mascot Hall of Fame Class of 2026.
The announcement was made Friday morning on Good Morning America, where all five selected mascots were on site to receive the news.
The Mascot Hall of Fame recognizes standout mascots across sports and entertainment, honoring figures who have become recognizable parts of the fan experience. This year’s class adds another group of prominent performers to the Hall’s roster of inductees.
Mrs. Met, long associated with the New York Mets, and Goldy were highlighted among the incoming class as the 2026 honorees were revealed publicly.
