Cal sophomore guard Justin Pippen is transferring to Ohio State, his agents at WME Basketball told ESPN.
Pippen’s move sends him back to the Big Ten after he opened his college career at Michigan as a freshman. He then transferred to Cal, where he spent his sophomore season in Berkeley.
Now, Pippen will continue his career in Columbus, giving Ohio State an incoming guard with experience at two major programs. The transfer marks his second school change in as many years and brings him back to the conference where he first played at the college level.
From Michigan to Cal to Ohio State
Pippen played his freshman year at Michigan before heading to Cal. With this latest decision, he returns to the Big Ten by committing to Ohio State.
