Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg did not return for the second half Friday night against the Pacers after landing hard on his left shoulder.
The injury occurred when Indiana forward Aaron Nesmith attempted to block Flagg’s shot from behind to stop a breakaway dunk. Flagg fell to the floor on the play, and a scuffle followed.
Flagg was held out after halftime as Dallas continued the game without him.
