Mitchell Robinson has agreed to a three-year, $47.4 million deal to sign with the Boston Celtics, adding a championship-winning center to Boston’s frontcourt.
Robinson is coming off an NBA title run with the New York Knicks, giving the Celtics an experienced interior presence as they reshape their roster. The agreement brings one of the league’s notable rim-protecting big men to Boston on a multiyear contract.
