The Chicago Bulls are trading Rob Dillingham to the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for Buddy Hield and cash.
The deal moves Dillingham to Charlotte while bringing Hield, a proven perimeter scorer, to Chicago. Hield has built his NBA reputation around outside shooting and offensive spacing, giving the Bulls another veteran option on the wing and in the backcourt.
For the Hornets, the trade adds Dillingham, a young guard, to their roster as they continue to shape their backcourt. Charlotte will also send cash to Chicago as part of the agreement.
