Washington Wizards rookie AJ Dybantsa has been upgraded to available for Wednesday’s matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Dybantsa, the No. 1 pick, missed the first four games of the season because of an ankle injury. His availability gives Washington its top draft selection back in the lineup for the first time this season.
