Nebraska forward Pryce Sandfort will return to the Cornhuskers next season, the school announced Monday, after he considered entering the NBA Draft.
Sandfort, known as a 3-point shooting specialist, was a key piece of a Nebraska team that delivered a landmark postseason run. The Cornhuskers earned the program’s first NCAA Tournament win and advanced to the Sweet 16, marking one of the most significant stretches in school history.
His decision to come back provides continuity for Nebraska following that breakthrough, keeping an established perimeter threat in the fold as the program looks to build on last season’s tournament success.
