Paulius Murauskas is headed to Arizona State, choosing to follow his former coach from Saint Mary’s after that coach recently joined the Sun Devils’ staff.
The 6-foot-8 forward said Wednesday that he will join Arizona State, linking up again with the coach he previously played for at Saint Mary’s.
Continuing a familiar connection
Murauskas’ decision comes shortly after his former Saint Mary’s coach made the move to Arizona State. With that coaching change in place, Murauskas confirmed he will be part of the next wave of additions to the Sun Devils’ roster.
The move pairs Murauskas with a coach who already knows his game and development, continuing a relationship that began during his time at Saint Mary’s.
