The NCAA has penalized the Ole Miss men’s basketball program for tampering violations tied to former assistant coach Wes Flanigan.
The violations stemmed from Flanigan’s talks with an athlete adviser. Most of the penalties have been assigned to the 2024-25 and 2025-26 school years.
The sanctions apply to the men’s basketball program and are connected specifically to Flanigan’s conduct while he was an assistant coach at Ole Miss.
