KK Bosna did not just protect home court. It turned Game 3 into a statement.
Bosna routed Sloboda 88-45 on Monday at Dvorana Mirza Delibasic, taking a 3-0 lead in the Prvenstvo BiH semifinal series after entering the night already ahead 2-0. The market had Bosna as a heavy favorite with an 85.3 percent implied win probability and a 13.5-point spread. Bosna cleared that bar before the game ever reached its decisive stretch.
The separation came with force in the third quarter. After leading 45-29 at halftime, Bosna held Sloboda to four points in the third while scoring 22 of its own. That 22-4 quarter turned a controlled game into a blowout and removed any remaining pressure from the final period.
Bosna’s defense dictated the terms
Sloboda never found a sustainable offensive rhythm. The visitors scored 14 points in the first quarter and 15 in the second, but Bosna tightened the game after halftime and forced Sloboda into a prolonged collapse. The four-point third quarter was the defining sequence of the night.
The team statistical profile told the same story. Sloboda finished with 16 turnovers against only 10 assists, while Bosna generated 10 steals and four blocks. Bosna’s defensive activity disrupted the point of attack, limited clean possessions and prevented Sloboda from using its experience edge in the series.
That was particularly damaging for a Sloboda team that entered with a 24.4 turnover rate across the analyzed sample. Bosna came in with an even better defensive rating profile — 89.4 over its two analyzed games — and that strength translated directly to the floor.
The glass was not close
The biggest structural mismatch was rebounding. Bosna finished with 48 rebounds to Sloboda’s 25, a margin that shaped the entire game. It aligned with the pregame indicators: Bosna had posted a 61.3 rebound percentage in its analyzed games, while Sloboda entered at 46.6 percent.

Pregame, Bosna’s offensive indicators suggested this kind of ceiling. The team entered with a 106.7 offensive rating, 69.9 true shooting percentage and 70.0 effective field-goal percentage in the analyzed sample. Sloboda had a strong offensive rating of its own at 108, but Bosna’s defense, rebounding and pressure stripped away that efficiency.
Series pressure shifts entirely to Sloboda
Sloboda arrived with the deeper playoff sample — nine games of playoff experience compared with Bosna’s two — and a 17-7 overall record. But the recent trend line was already concerning, with Sloboda entering on a LLLWW form run and a 44.4 percent away win rate in the available splits.
Bosna, meanwhile, had been perfect in its listed home split and had averaged 88 points in that setting. It hit that number exactly in Game 3 while holding Sloboda to 45.
No significant injuries were reported for either team, so the result was not shaped by availability. It was shaped by execution, physicality and a decisive defensive response after halftime.
