San Antonio Spurs forward Keldon Johnson was named the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year on Wednesday, earning the league’s top honor for a reserve.

With the award, Johnson becomes the second player in franchise history to be recognized as the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year, joining Manu Ginobili.
The Sixth Man of the Year award is presented annually to the NBA player judged to have made the most impactful contributions in a reserve role.
