Jusuf Nurkic plans to sign a two-year, $22 million contract with the Utah Jazz, adding a veteran presence to the team’s frontcourt.
Nurkic filled in as a starting center last season and delivered steady production across the stat sheet. His size, rebounding and interior play give Utah another experienced option in the middle as the Jazz continue shaping their roster.
The agreement would bring Nurkic to Utah on a short-term deal, giving the Jazz an established center with significant NBA experience. The contract is expected to be worth $22 million over two years.
