Joel Embiid made an immediate defensive impact in the 76ers’ season opener Tuesday, helping Philadelphia beat the Knicks.
The Sixers center recorded 13 points, 11 rebounds, two steals and three blocks in the win. His production gave Philadelphia a strong presence inside on both ends of the floor.
