The Big 12 Conference is introducing a high-tech, LED-embedded basketball floor for its men’s and women’s conference tournaments.
The LED technology will allow the conference to display data-driven graphics on the court, along with advertising elements. The system is also designed to support interactive content, including games for fans during timeouts.
What the new court enables
With the embedded LEDs, the Big 12 can change on-court visuals in real time, creating a platform for dynamic presentation and in-arena engagement throughout tournament play.
