Indiana Pacers star guard Tyrese Haliburton said he is “ready to go” as he prepares to return from the torn Achilles injury that has kept him off the court for more than a year.
Haliburton indicated he will not have any restrictions as he resumes playing, a key step for both the player and the Pacers after an extended absence. The injury had removed one of Indiana’s central playmakers from the lineup for a prolonged stretch.
Pacers look to regain rhythm
Haliburton’s return gives Indiana back its lead guard and primary offensive organizer as the franchise aims to bounce back from what has been described as a gap year. His presence is central to the Pacers’ structure, particularly given his role in initiating offense and setting the pace.
The Pacers will now move forward with Haliburton cleared to play without limitations, ending a lengthy rehabilitation period and restoring a major piece to their rotation.
