Real Madrid, Tenerife and Indiana Pacers Set the Pace in a 17-Game Sunday

Sunday’s 17-game slate across the ACB and NBA produced several clear separation wins, led by Real Madrid’s 122-86 road result at Forca Lleida and Indiana Pacers’ 136-109 win at Brooklyn Nets. The NBA portion featured six road wins, while the ACB slate included three teams reaching at least 100 points.

Sunday’s 17-game schedule across the ACB and NBA delivered a broad scoring profile: blowouts built on offensive volume, road wins that traveled cleanly, and several games where the margin reflected sustained control rather than late separation.

The ACB slate was defined by Real Madrid’s 122-86 win at Forca Lleida, Tenerife’s 106-76 home win over Obradoiro CAB and Unicaja’s 103-90 road win at Breogan. In the NBA, Indiana Pacers posted the largest margin of the night with a 136-109 win at Brooklyn Nets, while Denver Nuggets outlasted New Orleans Pelicans 141-135 in the highest-scoring game on the schedule.

ACB: Real Madrid and Tenerife produce the clearest margins

Real Madrid’s 122-86 win at Forca Lleida was the most one-sided result of the ACB slate. The 36-point margin came on the road and stood as the largest gap across all 17 games, with Real Madrid also posting the highest team total of the ACB games.

Tenerife controlled Obradoiro CAB 106-76, matching the profile of a complete home performance. The 30-point margin gave Tenerife the second-largest ACB win of the day and one of only three ACB games in which a team reached triple digits.

Unicaja joined that group with a 103-90 win at Breogan. Unlike Real Madrid and Tenerife, Unicaja’s result came in a game where the opponent also reached 90 points, making the road win more dependent on sustained scoring than defensive separation.

Basquet Girona beat Joventut Badalona 101-87, adding another 100-point performance to the ACB ledger. Girona’s 14-point home win sat in the middle tier of the day’s results: decisive enough to avoid late-game ambiguity, but not in the same margin class as Real Madrid or Tenerife.

Bilbao defeated MoraBanc Andorra 88-76, while Valencia beat Baskonia 84-75. Those two games were the lowest-scoring ACB wins of the day, with Valencia’s 84 points representing the smallest winning total among the six ACB games.

NBA: Pacers, Lakers and Pistons lead a road-heavy night

Indiana Pacers delivered the NBA’s widest margin with a 136-109 win at Brooklyn Nets. The Pacers’ 136 points were the second-highest team total of the NBA slate, behind only Denver Nuggets’ 141, and the 27-point margin was the largest NBA gap of the night.

Los Angeles Lakers also won on the road, beating Utah Jazz 132-123. The Lakers’ 132 points were part of a high-scoring road performance that required offensive consistency, as Utah still reached 123 points at home.

Detroit Pistons added another road win by beating Philadelphia 76ers 106-93. Detroit’s 13-point margin was built in a lower-scoring environment than the Lakers’ and Pacers’ victories, giving the Pistons one of the cleaner defensive results among Sunday’s NBA winners.

Washington Wizards edged Chicago Bulls 124-120, Houston Rockets beat Atlanta Hawks 121-114, and Orlando Magic defeated New York Knicks 111-102. Those results gave the NBA slate six road winners across 11 games, with Washington’s four-point win standing as the tightest road result.

Denver and New Orleans play the night’s biggest shootout

Denver Nuggets beat New Orleans Pelicans 141-135 in the highest-scoring game of the day. Denver’s 141 points were the top single-team output across both leagues, while New Orleans’ 135 points were the highest losing total on the schedule.

The six-point margin separated the game from the larger blowouts elsewhere, but the combined scoring made it the night’s most explosive offensive contest. No other game had both teams reach 130 points.

Home wins with different identities

Phoenix Suns beat Golden State Warriors 131-122 in one of the strongest home scoring performances of the NBA slate. Phoenix’s 131 points trailed only Denver and Indiana among NBA winners, and the nine-point margin came against a Golden State side that still reached 122.

Oklahoma City Thunder defeated Los Angeles Clippers 108-101 in a seven-point home win. Compared with the Denver, Phoenix and Los Angeles Lakers results, Oklahoma City’s win came in a more contained scoring environment, with neither team reaching 110.

Minnesota Timberwolves produced the most decisive NBA home win outside Indiana’s road result, beating Toronto Raptors 117-94. The 23-point margin gave Minnesota the second-largest NBA win of the day and the clearest home result in the league’s Sunday slate.
