A 52-game slate across Euroleague, NBA and NCAA competition on 2026-11-05 produced a night defined by road precision in Europe, high-end NBA separation and several lopsided college results.

Euroleague play featured five games, with Paris, Barcelona, Bayern and Valencia all winning away from home. The NBA schedule included 14 games, with New York Knicks posting the league’s largest margin in a 135-105 win over Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Clippers falling by a single point to Miami Heat, 117-116. NCAA play filled out the night with 33 games, including multiple 40-plus-point margins.

Euroleague: Paris and Barcelona Win Tight Road Games

Paris earned the night’s most notable Euroleague road result by beating Anadolu Efes 95-90. The result stood out because Paris reached 95 points away from home while holding off an Anadolu Efes side that also generated enough offense to keep the game within two possessions.

Barcelona also won on the road, edging Hapoel Tel-Aviv 93-90. The three-point margin made it the closest Euroleague game of the night, and Barcelona’s ability to get to 93 points away from home gave it just enough cushion in a high-scoring finish.

Bayern beat Lyon-Villeurbanne 99-95 in another road win built on offensive volume. With both teams reaching at least 95 points, the matchup produced the highest combined Euroleague total of the night at 194 points.

Valencia added another away win by defeating Olimpia Milano 84-73. Unlike the higher-scoring games in Istanbul, Tel Aviv and Villeurbanne, Valencia created separation while holding Olimpia Milano to the lowest Euroleague home total of the night.

Fenerbahce delivered the only Euroleague home win, beating Baskonia 84-65. The 19-point margin was the largest in Euroleague play, and Baskonia’s 65 points were the lowest total among the 10 Euroleague teams in action.

NBA: Celtics, Thunder and Knicks Create Separation

Boston Celtics beat Milwaukee Bucks 109-102 in the most prominent Eastern Conference matchup on the NBA schedule. Boston held Milwaukee to 102 points, one of the lower totals among NBA teams on the night, and created a seven-point margin in a game where neither side reached 110.

Oklahoma City Thunder defeated Cleveland Cavaliers 124-116, pairing a strong offensive output with enough late-game control to win by eight. Oklahoma City’s 124 points were the third-highest winning total on the NBA slate, behind New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers.

New York Knicks produced the NBA’s most decisive result, beating Chicago Bulls 135-105. The 30-point margin was the largest in the league on the night, and New York’s 135 points were the top NBA scoring mark.

Denver Nuggets also won comfortably, defeating Toronto Raptors 128-109. Denver’s 19-point margin matched Fenerbahce’s Euroleague margin and ranked among the strongest professional results of the night.

Portland Trail Blazers delivered the highest-scoring road win in the NBA slate, beating Phoenix Suns 132-119. Portland’s 132 points trailed only New York among NBA teams, and the Trail Blazers were one of six NBA road teams to win.

NBA Close Games: Spurs and Heat Win by One

San Antonio Spurs beat Dallas Mavericks 112-111 in the tightest NBA finish of the night. The one-point result was the only NBA game decided by a single point aside from Miami Heat’s 117-116 win at Los Angeles Clippers.

Miami’s 117-116 road win over Los Angeles Clippers added another narrow result to a night that otherwise included several double-digit NBA margins. The Clippers scored 116 points and still lost, matching Cleveland Cavaliers for the highest losing total in the NBA slate.

Philadelphia 76ers beat Detroit Pistons 112-106, Atlanta Hawks defeated Washington Wizards 120-105, Brooklyn Nets beat Charlotte Hornets 114-104, New Orleans Pelicans beat Utah Jazz 120-113, Indiana Pacers edged Memphis Grizzlies 107-103, Minnesota Timberwolves beat Houston Rockets 117-107 and Los Angeles Lakers won 116-103 at Sacramento Kings.

NCAA: Boise State, Army and Southern Indiana Lead the Blowouts

Boise State posted the largest margin of the entire 52-game night, beating West Coast Baptist 132-53. The 79-point gap surpassed every other result across Euroleague, NBA and NCAA play, and Boise State’s 132 points matched Portland Trail Blazers for the second-highest team total of the night behind New York Knicks’ 135.

Army beat Mount St. Marys Knights 118-41, producing a 77-point margin and holding its opponent to the second-lowest total of the night. Southern Indiana was nearly as dominant, defeating SMWC Pomeroys 112-42 by 70 points.

Furman beat Bob Jones 121-52, Appalachian State defeated Christendom 108-43, and Montana handled Salish Kootenai 105-40. Each result featured a margin of at least 65 points, reinforcing how sharply the NCAA portion of the schedule split between competitive games and early-season mismatches.

Drake beat Central College 101-48, Utah Tech defeated Grace College Lancers 103-52, Morehead State beat Virginia-Lynchburg 114-60, and Louisiana Monroe defeated Champion Christian Tigers 99-55. Old Dominion also held Regent University to 47 points in a 91-47 win.

NCAA Competitive Results: Queens Royals and Penn State Survive Tight Finishes

Queens Royals won 96-95 at Loyola Marymount in the closest NCAA game of the night. The one-point road win stood apart from a college slate dominated by large home margins.

Penn State beat Chattanooga Mocs 97-93 in another tight NCAA finish. Chattanooga reached 93 points on the road, but Penn State’s 97 points were enough to secure a four-point win.

South Dakota Coyotes fell 102-94 at home to Northern Kentucky, making Northern Kentucky one of the few NCAA road teams to win on the night. Norfolk State beat Randolph 78-71, Seton Hall defeated LIU Sharks 67-60 and North Texas beat McNeese State 77-67 in lower-margin results.

Vanderbilt beat Wake Forest 74-51 in one of the more notable NCAA matchups by team profile, holding Wake Forest to 51 points. Indiana defeated Bellarmine 92-69, Auburn beat SE Louisiana 92-59, California topped Radford 84-70, Santa Clara beat Wisc. Milwaukee 95-72 and St. Marys (CA) defeated North Dakota St 105-64.
