James’ all-around production has long made him one of the most valuable fantasy players in the NBA, but his presence would also alter the roles of Philadelphia’s other top options. In a lineup with several high-usage players, individual fantasy values can decline even as the team becomes more dangerous in real basketball terms.
The central issue is volume. With five prominent players sharing one ball, scoring chances, assists and overall usage would be distributed more widely. That dynamic can make the 76ers more difficult to defend while reducing the statistical ceiling for individual players.
