U.S. District Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall on Wednesday denied a defense request to loosen Terry Rozier’s bail conditions.
The request sought permission for Rozier to practice and play with potential witnesses, as long as they did not discuss the case. The judge declined to modify the existing conditions.
The ruling keeps the current restrictions in place as Rozier’s legal matter continues. No additional changes to his bail terms were granted in the decision.
