Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla was named NBA Coach of the Year on Tuesday night, earning the league’s top coaching honor over finalists J.B. Bickerstaff and Mitch Johnson.
The announcement officially closed the NBA’s end-of-season awards schedule, recognizing Mazzulla for his work on the Celtics’ sideline during the campaign.
