The Atlanta Hawks are promoting general manager Onsi Saleh to president of basketball operations and have signed him to a long-term deal.
The move places Saleh in a leading role within Atlanta’s basketball leadership structure as the franchise continues to shape its roster and organizational direction.
Saleh Takes on Expanded Role
Saleh had been serving as the Hawks’ general manager before the promotion. His new title gives him an elevated position overseeing basketball operations for the organization.
The agreement also provides long-term stability for Saleh and the Hawks’ front office as they move forward with key decisions involving the team’s personnel and competitive approach.
