The Atlanta Hawks have acquired All-Defensive wing Luguentz Dort in a three-team trade with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Dallas Mavericks.
As part of the deal, Oklahoma City receives three second-round picks, while former No. 1 pick Zaccharie Risacher is headed to Dallas. Ryan Nembhard will also join Atlanta in the transaction.
Dort gives the Hawks a proven perimeter defender with a reputation for taking on difficult wing assignments. His arrival adds a defensive-minded presence to Atlanta’s roster as the team reshapes its rotation through the multi-team deal.
For Oklahoma City, the move brings back additional draft capital in the form of three second-round selections. Dallas, meanwhile, adds Risacher, a former top overall pick, as part of the same agreement.
