Friday’s 10-game schedule across Euroleague and the NBA delivered a split profile: tight late-game margins in select matchups, but also several results decided well before the final possessions. Euroleague produced three games, including Fenerbahce’s 64-61 win at Olympiacos and Valencia’s 104-93 road win at Paris. The NBA had seven games, with Oklahoma City Thunder beating Denver Nuggets 96-84, Chicago Bulls winning 132-125 at Milwaukee Bucks and Atlanta Hawks routing Charlotte Hornets 128-81.

Euroleague: Zalgiris scores 105, Fenerbahce wins a low-possession grind

Zalgiris Kaunas 105, Lyon-Villeurbanne 85

Zalgiris Kaunas delivered the highest-scoring Euroleague performance of the night, beating Lyon-Villeurbanne 105-85. The 20-point margin reflected control on both ends: Zalgiris reached 105 while holding Lyon-Villeurbanne to 85, creating the cleanest separation among the three Euroleague games.

The result stood apart from the rest of the Euroleague slate because of its offensive volume. While Olympiacos and Fenerbahce combined for 125 points, Zalgiris alone reached 105, setting a different tempo and forcing Lyon-Villeurbanne into a game it could not match on the scoreboard.

Fenerbahce 64, Olympiacos 61

Fenerbahce won the tightest Euroleague game of the night, edging Olympiacos 64-61 on the road. The three-point margin made it the narrowest result across the entire 10-game schedule.

In a game where neither team reached 65 points, every empty possession carried weight. Fenerbahce’s ability to win away from home in a 64-61 environment points to execution in a game defined more by half-court resistance than scoring bursts.

Valencia 104, Paris 93

Valencia joined Zalgiris in crossing the 100-point mark, beating Paris 104-93 away from home. Paris scored 93, but Valencia’s 104 gave the visitors enough separation to win by 11.

The result gave Euroleague two teams with at least 104 points on the night. Valencia’s scoring output was especially notable because it came on the road, where Paris still produced enough offense to keep the total elevated but not enough stops to change the result.

NBA: Thunder contain Denver, Bulls outscore Milwaukee

Oklahoma City Thunder 96, Denver Nuggets 84

Oklahoma City Thunder beat Denver Nuggets 96-84 in one of the lowest-scoring NBA games of the night. Denver was held to 84 points, the fewest by any NBA team on Friday other than Charlotte Hornets’ 81.

The Thunder did not need a high-scoring offensive night to create separation. Their 12-point margin came from keeping Denver below 90, a defensive outcome that stood out on a night when four NBA teams scored at least 121.

Chicago Bulls 132, Milwaukee Bucks 125

Chicago Bulls won the highest-scoring game of the NBA slate, beating Milwaukee Bucks 132-125 in Milwaukee. The teams combined for 257 points, with Chicago’s 132 ranking as the top single-game total across all 10 matchups.

Milwaukee scored 125 at home and still lost by seven, which captures the offensive pressure Chicago applied throughout the matchup. The Bulls’ total also exceeded every Euroleague and NBA team on the schedule.

Toronto Raptors 112, Washington Wizards 102

Toronto Raptors beat Washington Wizards 112-102 on the road. The 10-point margin gave Toronto a controlled win in a game where Washington reached triple digits but could not keep pace over the full contest.

Toronto’s 112 points placed the Raptors in the middle tier of NBA winners on Friday, below the high-end outputs from Chicago, Atlanta and Dallas but above the lower-scoring wins by Oklahoma City and Boston.

NBA: Minnesota, Dallas and Atlanta win decisively

Minnesota Timberwolves 115, Orlando Magic 93

Minnesota Timberwolves beat Orlando Magic 115-93, winning by 22 on the road. Orlando was held under 100 points, while Minnesota created one of the night’s clearest NBA margins.

The 22-point gap was the second-largest NBA margin of the night behind Atlanta’s win in Charlotte. Minnesota’s ability to pair 115 points with a defensive hold under 100 made the result one of the most balanced performances on the schedule.

Dallas Mavericks 121, Indiana Pacers 105

Dallas Mavericks defeated Indiana Pacers 121-105 in Indiana. Dallas reached 121 points, matching the high-scoring profile of the night’s top NBA offenses while winning by 16.

Indiana scored 105, but Dallas created enough offensive distance to keep the game out of a one-possession range. The Mavericks were one of four NBA teams to score at least 121, joining Chicago, Milwaukee and Atlanta.

Atlanta Hawks 128, Charlotte Hornets 81

Atlanta Hawks produced the largest margin of the night, beating Charlotte Hornets 128-81. The 47-point difference was the widest result across Euroleague and NBA action on Friday.

Charlotte’s 81 points were the lowest total by any team on the schedule, while Atlanta’s 128 ranked second behind Chicago’s 132. That combination created the most one-sided scoreboard of the night and separated the Hawks from the rest of the NBA winners by margin.

Boston closes the night with a narrow home win

Boston Celtics 107, New York Knicks 103

Boston Celtics beat New York Knicks 107-103 in the closest NBA game of the night. The four-point margin was the second-tightest result across the full schedule, behind Fenerbahce’s three-point win at Olympiacos.

New York scored 103 on the road, but Boston’s 107 was enough to protect home court in a game decided by a small scoring gap. On a night with several blowouts, Celtics-Knicks supplied the NBA’s most compressed finish.

Friday’s scoreboard profile

The 10-game slate featured five road winners: Fenerbahce, Valencia, Chicago Bulls, Toronto Raptors, Minnesota Timberwolves, Dallas Mavericks and Atlanta Hawks all won away from home, while Zalgiris Kaunas, Oklahoma City Thunder and Boston Celtics won at home.

Chicago Bulls posted the highest team total with 132 points. Atlanta Hawks recorded the largest margin with a 47-point win. Fenerbahce and Olympiacos played the tightest game, a 64-61 result that contrasted sharply with the night’s highest-scoring matchups.
